December 2, 2011 Meeting with Penny

Bellow please find the main issues discuss about the boards:

- Water will be better outside the shed
- The electric meters are in the right side of the current shed
- Maintenance free siding is preferable
- Windows makes lattice shed less stable, fix design of lattice shed
- Penny will like to see samples of permeable concrete and know more about how it works
-Currently the shed is greatly inefficient and tools are not organized inside
- The slope of the ramp is OK but the ramp is a little too long, it needs to be a little shorter
-  Color and material of roof still undefined
- Handicap Planters need to be incorporated in drawings
- Relocation of Shed leaves a space on top of hill, for potential Bulletin board or sign
- Need deeper studies of current spending, plan a budget and propose
