Parts of design prohibitive in current program should be considered for phasing in the future, but shed should be operational as soon as possible.

6. DESIGN OPTION #2, #1 PRESENTED

Elements of design client representatives found appealing:

-Sliding barn style doors

-Rain water recovery

-Ivy covered sign

-Green roof (most likely in future phases)

-Utilization of space between tool shed and seating area.

Elements of design that require consideration:

-Option #1 requires large new foundation, and movement of utility meters

-Durable translucent materials instead of glass

-Shed used heavily by many people

-Designs could be more industrial and eccentric
