Pozzolan Cement...
looking around for some info I found this very interesting material used in gardens, is called pozzolanic cement. Is mainly a combination of sand and cement and is used in areas planted with trees. What caught my attention was not only that is handicap accessible if installed well, but also that this material is not as permanet as permiable concrete .. it can be easily modified by the actual user, so in any case that they need to relocate the planting pots for the handicap or want to change the paths in the future and create more planting areas. This material allows for easy modifiable spaces and at the same time is durable. A bag of 55 lb. can come to be about 15-20$ dollars (but dont quote me on that, I am comparing cement prices from home depot, we have to still verify), this might be a cheaper and easier to install option we can have if permeable concrete falls out of our budget. bellow some more info and images of how it works:
